We will have our final exam this coming week, so that it can be during our regular class time and in our regular classroom. The final exam will cover the entire semester. 1. Units 1, 2, 4, 8, 10, 16, 25, 7 (in the textbook): - vocabulary words from the chapters - grammar from the chapters - language usage from the chapters - the content of the reading passages 2. basic sentence types' grammar, intonations, meanings, & stresses (from class lectures): - command sentences - statement sentences - yes/no question sentences - question-word question sentences - tense (i.e., past or present or future) in verb phrases - number (i.e., singular or plural) in noun phrases and verb phrases - aspect (i.e., simple, progressive, simple perfect, progressive perfect) in verb phrases Let me know if you or anyone has any questions about any of this.
