How to manage the postoperative pain 胡亚莉 : 最後，我想我们还是在问老师前来讨论一下总共有哪些问题好了， : 避免到时候没东西可以问， : 时间定在礼拜四下午上完课留在0321来讨论一下。 : 希望不会花很多时间，所以大家先把问题准备好(理想是自己的部分准备1-2个问题)， : 到时候我们就把问题提出来整理一下就可以回家了。 : 至於血液那本小本子里面的东西， : 如果你有空就去看一下吧，也不知道有没有说强迫一定要看(我再去问问看)， : 或是可以从里面出问题， : 不过如果到时候有空的时间， : 我想应该还是可以顺便问一问。 : 大概就是这样，一整个混乱， : 大家加油!! 所以已经确定血液那本是不用念， 至於教案内容似乎也没有说一定要查完才能问问题， 所以如果你挤的出一到两个问题的话， 你也不一定要赶在明天下午把全部的资料查完(重点是问题够)， 重点来了，到底要问什麽问题呢?(後面的举例看看就好) 1.可以问关於查资料上遇到的问题(ex:我在查EBM时资料库不知道在cochrane跟 dynamed间如何做选择...) 2.或是关於教案本身的(ex:这边术後疼痛的处理我们主要是要着重在孕妇吗?还是要 也可以讨论它有别於一般手术後止痛的情况?) 3.又或是你查到资料上的问题(ex:老师，我有查到epidural anesthesia和spinal anesthesia生理机转上的差别，但对於临床应用方面我还是不太懂，就是关於在.....) 大概就是上面三种方向，提供给大家思考 老师感觉很free，都讲不出个具体的东西要我们问， 那我们也就跟他一起free吧(ex:老师你为什麽走麻醉科....) 明天一样上完课来讨论一下吧!!感谢大家!!
