P21的 B.监别 的部份 1.妄想型人格异常 的下面那个星星：有明显的幻听症状 是不是写错了呀? 因为W4-1的P13 介绍此疾病的临床特徵 并没有提到他会有幻听的症状 我上网查好像也都没有这个症状耶? 附上creteria Paranoid personality disorder is listed in the DSM-IV-TR as 301.00 Paranoid Personality Disorder. According to the DSM-IV-TR, this disorder is defied as: A) A pervasive distrust and suspicion of others such that their motives are interpreted as malevolent, beginning by early adulthood and present in a variety of contexts, as indicated by four (or more) of the following: 1.suspects, without sufficient basis, that others are exploiting, harming, or deceiving him or her 2.is preoccupied with unjustified doubts about the loyalty or trustworthiness of friends or associates 3.is reluctant to confide in others because of unwarranted fear that the information will be used maliciously against him or her 4.reads benign remarks or events as threatening or demeaning. 5.persistently bears grudges, i.e., is unforgiving of insults, injuries, or slights 6.perceives attacks on his or her character or reputation that are not apparent to others and is quick to react angrily or to counterattack 7.has recurrent suspicions, without justification, regarding fidelity of spouse or sexual partner.
