标题[整外]电烧伤那题问题
时间Sun Dec 27 21:34:18 2009
我在网路上有找到一篇journal:Electric burns: high- and low-tension injuries
里面有一段话
The electric current through the tissues turns electri-
cal energy into heat, the Joule effect. The main source
of damage by the electric current in the tissues is due
to this conversion of the electrical energy into heat.
The amount of heat can be determined by Ohm's law
and the Joule effect. Ohm's law states that the current
travelling through tissue is determined by voltage
divided by resistance. Tissue resistance progressively
increases from nerve, to blood vessels, muscle, skin,
tendon, fat and bone. Bone, having the greatest resist-
ance would generate most heat at the same current
according to the Joule effect. However the high-resist-
ance of bone suggests that current would be lower in
the bone than in other tissues. Blood vessels are
injured but may not be immediately thrombosed; and
this damage may lead to progressive ischemic necrosis
of the muscle as a result of the injury [1,2].
如果按照这篇文章讲的答案好像好像是boneㄟ
可是又有人跟我说因为E=V2/R
R越小E越大...所以我不知道答案到底是什麽...
而且这篇文章还有提到
nerve电阻才是最小的喔
eMedicine Specialties > Plastic Surgery > Burns里的complication
中也有一段话
Bone has a high resistance, thus readily transforms current to heat
production, which may result in periosteal necrosis or even melting of the
calcium phosphate matrix.
