根据强者我室友丁丁的解释：
If the patient is asymptomatic and does not complain of significant
locking sensation in the knee or pain, treatment is conservative and
consists of stretching and strengthening exercises for the quadriceps
and hamstring muscles.
无症状时应采
保守治疗 及
增强肌力之运动 而非
观察即可 ，选Ｅ。
