标题[公告][FTP] 部分使用者无法正常上传档案的问题

据回报，部分使用者遭遇到无法正常上传档案至 FTP 的问题。
调查後发现，部分支援 unicode 的 FTP 软体，如新版的 FileZilla，
在 unicode 模式下无法正常上传档案。
关闭 unicode 支援即可解决这个问题。
FileZilla 设定位置如图：
