那个Alosetron并不是促进肠胃蠕动的药，分类有点分错，但後面的叙述都是对的。
下面的东西大家可以参考看看:
irritable bowel syndrome是有时便秘、有时腹泻，有时便秘与腹泻同时发生。
Alosetron is a 5-HT3 antagonist used for the management of severe
diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) in women only.
Alosetron, while being a 5-HT3 antagonist like ondansetron, is not an
antiemetic. Alosetron has an antagonist action on the 5-HT3 receptors of the
enteric nervous system of the gastrointestinal tract.
Serotonin作用於5-HT3 receptor上时，可增加肠道感觉神经元之敏感度及促进蠕动。而
serotonin作用於5-HT4 接受器上时，可抑制肠道神经元之敏感性及促进肠道蠕动、分泌
水分。
