标题[公告] FTP 续传暂不开放＆请多利用排程下载软体

目前 FTP 的续传设定未能顺利设定
请各位同学多加利用具有排程下载的
CuteFTP、FileZilla、FlashGet 等传输软体
尽量不要用 IE/网路芳邻 的方式下载
以免耗时费力
FlashGet 可以用网站浏览器选择想下载的项目以後再排程下载
