标题[公告] 麻醉考试秘笈 第一弹
时间Mon May 15 19:16:19 2006
=====================================
1.洪维德 主任
本来学期初,他上课说要考麻醉的定义。结果今天说他没考@@,三题应该都是
类似讲义後面的状况题,主任说不用担心啦。[是说一定不会写吗?>"<]
=====================================
1. Which statements are true about the noninvasive ABP monitoring
(A) Palpation method does not require a cuff for measuring systolic pressure.
(B) Auscultation with a cuff used can get an accurate value of mean blood pressure,
(C) Arterial tonometry can measure the pressure of axillary artery
(D) The adequate size of a cuff is: The cuff’s length should exceed at least half the extremity, and the width should be 20~50% greater than the diameter of the extremity.
(1) ABC (2) ABD (3) AC (4) BD (5) D only
2. Which statements are true about the invasive ABP monitoring
(A) A-line monitoring is considered the gold stand,
(B) Overdamped system will underestimate the systolic pressure,
(C) Adding tube and stopcocks will decrease the frequency of the system,
(D) exaggerated variations in A-line blood pressure during the respiratory cycle suggest high peripheral vascular resistance
(1) ABC (2) ABD (3) AC (4) BD (5) D only
3. Which statements are true about the ECG monitoring
(A) The axis of lead I parallels the atria, enhancing the diagnosis of dysrhythmias
(B) A flat or downsloping ST-segment depression exceeding 1mm, 60 or 80 milliseconds after J point indicates myocardial ischemia
(C) Lead V5 is sensitive for inferior wall ischemia.
(D) Simultaneously lead II and V5 are suggested for open heart surgery
(1) ABC (2) ABD (3) AC (4) BD (5) D only
4. Which statements are true about the Central venous catheterization
(A) Venous pressure should be measured during end-inspiration. ,
(B) RA pressure reflects the RV end-diastolic volume, so it can be viewed as the preload status of LV
(C) Air embolism seldem occurs during central catheter insertion,
(D) a wave will absent in atrial fibrillation patients
(1) ABC (2) ABD (3) AC (4) BD (5) D only
5. Which statements are true about the Pulmonary artery catheterization
(A) In adequate place, Pulmonary artery catheter can monitor both the PA pressure and the CVP,
(B) To get complete index of circulatory system, Pulmonary artery catheterization and A-line are both needed,
(C) Pulmonary artery rupture can occur because of balloon overinflation.
(D) Thermodilution is the usual method for CO when there is a central venous catheter in place.
6. Which statements are true about the Pulse oximetry
(A) It combines the principles of oximetry and plethysmography ,
(B) Patient with high carboxyhemoglobin will get a high value of SpO2, meaning that his PaO2 is also high.
(C) a 90% saturation indicate a PaO2 of less than 65mmHg
(D) Pulse oximetry will show both the saturation of arterial and venous blood
7. Which statements are true about the End-tidal carbon dioxide analysis
(A) Capnographs reliably detect endobronchial intubation,
(B) The ETCO2 measurement is usually higher than PaCO2,
(C) Sidestream system has shorter lag time than mainstream system,
(D) Sudden cessation of CO2 may indicate a circuit disconnection.
8. Which statements are true about the Evoked Potentials?
(A) Evoked potential can reflect patient’s neural tract instantly,
(B) For Motor EP, the stimulating electrodes are placed in the extremities,
(C) Gas anesthetics have little effect on evoked potential,
(D) SSEP is a good monitor for lumbar spine surgery (via posterior approach)
9. Which are true in the following statements
(A) Shivering is associated with an increased risk of myocardial ischemia,
(B) Intravenous meperidine effectively alleviate shivering,
(C) Hypothermia is defined as body temperature <35C,
(D) Oliguria is defined as urine output < 0.5 ml/kg/hr
10. Which statements are true about the Peripheral nerve stimulation
(A) Train-of-four ratio is suitable during the recovery phase of muscle power,
(B) TOF ratio 0.4 means a 60% neuromuscular blockade,
(C) TOF monitoring will give four successive twitches in 2 seconds,
(D) The disappearance of 4th twitches on TOF means adequate muscular relaxation during endotracheal intubation
