Our team has built an incredible monitoring framework that ensures fairness without compromising performance and utilization. After months of development and testing, the platform is finally released as beta to undergraduate CSIE students: * meow1.csie.ntu.edu.tw (RTX 2080 Ti * 4) * meow2.csie.ntu.edu.tw (GTX 1080 Ti * 4) Guidelines ========== * Log in by ssh in the same way as normal workstations. * Be a polite citizen. This is public asset, not your pet. We hate monopoly and moron. * Your GPU usage is strictly metered. Read the policy shown upon login and run the "gpu-policy" command for further details. * The release and the policy is still beta. Please kindly report any suggestion or issues you encounter to ta217. --- The main contributors are: Adrien Wu (吴圣福) and Domen Su (苏多门). -- 信件结束 -- 依照公告内文所说，目前只有在校的大学部学生（student 群组）可以使用这两台装有 NVIDIA GPU 的工作站。要注意的是，由於 meow1.csie.org 和 meow2.csie.org 似乎都 已经被预先注册走指向别的地方，因此这两台工作站不能使用 csie.org 短网址来存取。 我也不知道为什麽当初会用 student 这名称来称呼大学部的群组，只知道好多年前曾经 有人想把这群组改名，好像改叫 undergrad 吧。但是因为要对应修改的东西还不少，又 可能影响到很多人，没有经过讨论及公告就直接修改感觉不太好，因此那时候被我退掉 了。不知道以後还会不会有人再提改名，让这群组名称看起来更正常呢？ --
