你 man man 会看到这一段：
ENVIRONMENT
PAGER If PAGER is set, its value is used as the name of the program
to use to display the man page. By default, more -s is used.
你再看 ~/.login 会看到这句：
setenv PAGER less
所以要怎麽离开，你可以 man less 就会看到这段：
COMMANDS
q or Q or :q or :Q or ZZ
Exits less.
