以下是生化第六组的工作分配:
琪霖:负责尿素循环和校稿 PPT28~30,33 课本P.751~754
容婕:负责clinical correlation19-11~19-17 PPT31~32,48,51,55,62~63
俊锋:负责serine,glycine,phenylalanine,methionine,cysteine,tyrosine的部分,
PPT37~41,44,49,50 课本P.756 serine and glycine P.757从第三段
A serine….到P.759 P.768 methionine and cystine 到同样是本页的S-Aenosylme
thionine is a methyl group donor这一小段为止 P.760 phenylalanine and ty
rosine到P.762
彦勋:负责glutamate,proline,arginine的部份及有关必须和非必须胺基酸简介及非必须
胺基酸的代谢路径简介
PPT34~36,42~43 课本P.754 ~755
裕炜:负责 threonine,lysine,histidine的部分以及必须氨基酸的代谢路径简介
PPT45~47,56~57 课本P.760 Threonine的部分
P.777 Lysine~P.779 Lysine结束(Carnitine那部份不用)
衍儒:负责tryptophan,valine isoleucine,leucine的部分及最後有关氨基酸的统整
PPT52~54 课本P.772Tryptophan 到P.773 Tryptophan结束(Tryptophan is a p
recursor of NAD不用作) P.774,P.775从Tryptophan induces sleep开始到P.777
Propionyl CoA is metabolized to succinyl CoA 为止
碧涵:负责clinical correlation 19-1-19-10,统整和校稿
请组员最晚在星期六晚上十二点之前将初稿寄给碧涵和我(同时寄两份),另外,
因为老师的上课方式是将氨基酸拆成代谢和和衍生物来教,课本则是一起列出来
而这周上的主要是代谢的部分,因此在课本的分配上有点零乱,请组员参考PPT及
录音档,并以课本作为辅助的工具,如果组员有问题也请提出,谢谢!
