His speed, arm, defense, and plate discipline are all plus. At the very least, he will become an extremely valuable 4th/5th outfielder at the major league level. The problem is that he makes a TON of weak contact, and I think that will hurt him as he climbs the ladder, and we'll see his numbers dip as a result. If he can add some power and start getting something behind the ball, he'll be a player to be reckoned with - a potential starting CF for a top line club. Ultimately, he'll probably fall somewhere in between. He'll need to be added to the 40-man roster next Winter.
