Implementation of Qi units

简单了扫过一遍
似乎是有个unit可提供一些buff
ie 资源/hr 能源/hr ep/hr rp/hr 的增加
挖彗星 抢空星有机率得到qi的样子
也可抢玩家的
Terrans: Adjustment of the costs for the Destroyer: 750 RP
不重要
Terrans: EP production of the Colonization Center have been decreased
big nerf!!
Titans: Adjustment of the costs for the Terminator: 2000 RP
buff
Xen: Adjustment of the costs for the Maxtron: 1600 RP
??
Modification of the casualties' calculation:If the loss of one party is
higher than 24 %, at least one ship of each kind will be substacted to avoid
that one can e.g. harvest a comet with 1 Heavy Cruiser and a Recycler without
any danger.
