标题[游戏] [imperion] Trade Center 问题

人类盖了 Trade center，目前建筑三级，Trade 科技一级。
选择与人交易时，常常出现讯息：
Pushing rule: Too many resources!
因而无法交易。
查了游戏规则，似乎只有以下这条有点关系：
2.1. The maximun amount of allowed lopsided resource transfers is one
hour production of resources per day to another player. In case a player
would like to supply more than one player he / she has to split the hour
production – disregarding the size and amount of the supplied player(s).
One hour production consists of the net sum total of all resources of all
planets, plus the upkeep of troops.
不过这条规则看不是很懂。
举例而言，如果三种矿的产量都是每小时 1000 单位，是否当日最大交易量，
就是 1000x3 = 3000？
