找到了英文版的规则
IV. Bashing
(过度攻击)
It is not allowed to attack any given city owned by a player over 6 times
in a single 24 hours period.
在24 小时内是不允许攻击「同一位玩家」的「同一个城镇」超过6 次的。
(第7 次就犯规啦)
Bashing is only allowed when your Alliance is at war with another Alliance
The War must be announced on the official Ikariam.org board, in the correct
forum and must comply with the boards specific rules.
过度攻击只允许在一个情况，就是当你的盟友与其他联盟发生战争，而且必须在官方论
坛发布讯息，并依照官方论坛的规则，在这个情形下才可过度攻击。
(已经忽略了还要规则 囧rz 应该是指宣战的规则)
Note: Attacking troops that are completely destroyed do not count towards
the bashing rule
注意：如果「攻击方」全军覆没则不适用於过度攻击的规则。
