其实当初我也看不太懂对方写的很简约的条约 所以才让对方写了那些比较详细的 不过这样看起来就比较累 所以这边就应要求把他翻成中文罗:D The following is our standard terms for a Full Defensive Pact. 以下是 完全分赃条款的(FDP) 一些细项 FDP meaning fully ally as opposed to a simple Non Aggression Pact. 跟一般盟跟盟签的Peace treaty不同 这是盟跟盟间私下的协议 All terms listed would apply to both PTT and LoH. 以下条列出来的项目 PTT, eXa, LoH 和 Ars 必须共同遵守 1) Any accidental attacks/treaty breaches are to be repaid 200%. This includes troop replacement costs. 任何意外的攻击 或者 条约破弃 在未告知的情况下都必须被归还两倍所得 包含被攻击方军队的损失... 2) Inactive members are fully available to pillage. That said, the individual wanting to pillage the inactive must FIRST contact the diplomat of the other alliance stating that they are going to pillage an inactive member, giving the inactive's name and coordinates. They do not have to wait for a reply from the diplomat. 攻击FDP内的i玩家 是允许的 但必须先写信通知对方的外交官 告知其i羊名称与位置 而一但写信告知 即可迳行食用 不须等到回信 3) Any war time assistance requests are to go through the alliance's diplomats. 任何援助要求 都要经由盟间外交官接洽 也就是说 对方要求你救援 你可以无视 但如果对方要求我要求你 则最好表面上要敷衍一下XD 4) Attempting to recruit from each other's ranks will immediately invalidate the treaty. 盟之间互相的挖角 是不允许的! (但这边我不知道该怎麽界定 假如是对方想要跳过来的怎麽办) 5) This agreement does not apply to the other allies or NAPs of either alliance. 这些条款 对於只签订Peace treaty的盟间 是无效的 ------------------------- Number 5 is simply part of our standard agreement. Our agreement with eXa is that either alliance would abolish their NAP if the NAP was in conflict with our FDP. Example: 第五项 仅只是达成的共识的一小部份描述 我们(指的是LoH 这是LoH外交官寄给我的)与eXa的共识是 一但仅只签订peace treaty(NAP)但没有加入FDP的盟 与FDP的盟一但有冲突的时候 只有签订NAP的盟约 则要失效(也就是说 FDP内的盟最大!) 以下举例: *eXa has a NAP with the alliance PEACE eXa与Peace有签订NAP *LoH has a conflict with PEACE and declares war on them 假如LoH与PEACE有冲突 且宣战了 *eXa temporarily suspends the NAP with PEACE to assist us since we are full allies. 则eXa需要暂时的中止与PEACE的盟约 并且帮助LoH(一起打PEACE) (暂时? 我看战後人家也不会跟再跟你约了XD) Obviously that example would go both ways if circumstances required it. 相对的 对任何加入FDP的盟 都是同样的情况 That said, either option is fine with us. Just met me know what you would prefer. 任何的选择 对我们来说都是好的(? 这段怪怪的) ------------------------- One last thought. If PTT would like to keep the terms of the FDP uniform across eXa, PTT and LoH (need more info on ARS), the following is the terms that eXa submitted to us and we agreed to. Ultimately, it doesn't matter to us. We are open to any suggestions or concerns you may have. eXa's terms to LoH: 最後一点 是eXa与LoH之间比较特殊的协议 (有些是我之前比较有疑问不想签的) 1. 200% resources compensate on any DH's -If you break the treaty and land your attack you will be expected to pay the resources back two fold. Same applies to them breaching the treaty and landing there attacks. 200%的违约补偿(这点一样) 2. Diplomat to be contact if there's any special attack like ops Contact our Diplomat and he will be in contact with theirs 这边可能是有特殊情况发生时 要双方外交官都先沟通过 (可能是要打谁 要先跟对方知会之类的事情) 3. In war time , if Foreign Aid is require , contact diplomats for the FA chain 战时 假如被要求跨盟间的协助 则需连络(对方?)外交官寻求帮助 This isn't resources loaning. What I meant here is that If Loh or exa have any reasons and cant sent armies to help, or for any special cases, resources will be sent out to help instead of armies. This rule only work in this case . 这不是要求资源的借贷(单方面赠与?) 这是说 假如eXa 和 LoH之间因某些原因无法经由军事互助 则要经由资源赠送来帮助 (这点我比较不想签 因为这种东西很虚无飘渺 跟对方要求多了 对方会不爽 对方跟自己要求多了 自己会不爽 同盟间可以不计较 但不同盟时间一常 很容易搞出纷争的..这条约目前只适用於eXa 与 LoH) 4. Recruit from ranks is consider as an act of war. In doing this, our relations may be strained. 还是一样 挖角 是不可以的 没有那种 "如果是谁谁谁 就可以喔" 的特殊情况XD 以上 如果有特别疑问的话 请提出XD --
