但是还是以建军备战为主
由於他的军队扩建过快，导致维持费不足以支应
所以他打算开始死一些兵，降低维持费
这代表他军事分数最多就这样了，也不会有更强的军队来打你了
因为一打人，维持费会爆增，(跟我状况还满接近的XD)
盖墙，买兵，你们的差距一缩小，他就越不会来打
