标题[问题] 想请问财管的问题

the tresurer usually oversees the following functions of a corporation except:
1.preparetion of financial statement
2.investor relationships
3.cash management
4.raising new capital
答案是只有1
如果没有误解题意的话 应该是在问会计着重的部份除了以下哪些
想问为什麽2和4都算在会计的范畴呢?
投资者的关系以及举债不是属於财管内容吗??

可是我怎麽算都上万= =
我的想法是 利用年金公式 利率为12%/12=1% 期数为12*30=360
烦请各位高手帮我解惑 谢谢^^
