标题[问题] CFA报名费减免

大家好
我想请问关於CFA 2009 June level 1 报名费减免的事项
之前听说是要CFA会员推荐
所以我有先寄信给系上教授了
他说

You may check that if you are eligible for the waiver.
If yes, Iwill be glad to help you.
and then,I check the CFA website
but I didn't find any information about the tuition waiver
so,I went to the CFA website in TW

i tried to contact them by cell phone,but in vain
I only found the waiver document about 2008 June,no 2009 Exam

I really wonder whether the CFA organization in TW is still alive or not
Are there some "BIG BIG" can solve my problem?
