以下是我因为有类似问题而去函询问的回信：
Students who are still in their undergraduate classes can register for the
Level I exam.
In order to register for the Level II exam, they must update their education
information online with their degree date. Until the bachelor's degree has
been granted, students who have successfully completed Level I of the CFA
Program examinations will not be allowed to sign up for the Level II exam.
因此我的解释是 大学生可以考Level 1
但是要等到它验过了你的大学毕业证书才能考Level 2
