Our recent alumni are now working in a variety of Fortune 100 companies, such as T. Rowe Price, State Street Brothers, J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch, and Constellation. Also, there is a financial district in Baltimore's Inner Harbor (about 15 min from campus by car), which provides a lot of job and internship opportunities for students. The coursework here is on the theoretical side, since we are a math department (as opposed to a business school), and I think aimed at training people to be 'quants'. Even when compared with other M.S. programs in _financial engineering_, I think that the JHU one is a little more theoretical than some of the other top programs, which from my experience, seems to be a good thing in the current quant marketplace. 他也提到学校有career center会协助找工作 就地点不晓得会不会比密西根好 问了很多人的意见 都说密西根的地点比较好 会这样考量JHU 也是因为有学杂费减免 但会很向往住在纽约市 : : 统计:哥大统计所 : This is generally a well-preceived program.
