Once you submit your application for the CFA Program to CFA Institute, your registration and enrollment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please see below for our policy regarding test center changes: We are unable to accept test center change requests via email. Please complete and fax a Test Center Change Request Form to CFA Institute at 1-434-951-5223. This form is located on the CFA Institute website at: https://www.cfainstitute.org/cfaprog/resources/examdetails/accommodations/pdf/center_change_form.pdf. Please follow all directions as noted on the form. There is no charge for changing your test center. June 2007 Candidates: The deadline for test center change requests is 19 March 2007; however, CFA Institute will continue to accept test center change requests on a case-by-case basis after this deadline. Please note that CFA Institute does not confirm receipt of requests. As noted on the Test Center Change Request Form instructions, you will receive a revised acceptance letter once your test center has been changed. If you request a change after your examination admission ticket is available, you must print your updated ticket from the CFA Institute website.
