Sorry that I can't type Chinese now with my office PC.
But for those who are interested in EU permanent RP(EC long-term RP),
they can check the Dutch Bereau of immigration for introduction:

With the EC long-term RP, one has the right to live, study and work in
one of the EU countries.
Only if one is not qualified for the EC long-term RP, will be given a Dutch
permanent RP.
