Hobson, a 6-foot-7 guard from New Mexico, says he’s hopeful he’ll get back to the court before the team finishes summer league play. Milwaukee plays five games, beginning with Dallas on Monday. Hobson is from Las Vegas and says he plans to go regardless of his availability. Milwaukee’s team will leave Sunday and includes its three draft picks—forward Larry Sanders(notes) (15th), Hobson (37th) and forward Tiny Gallon(notes) (47th). Sanders will make $1.73 million next season and $1.86 million in 2011-12. The Bucks hold options for the third and fourth seasons that are worth $1.99 million in 2012-13 and $3.06 million in 2013-14. The Bucks took Sanders with the 15th overall pick in the NBA draft. Sanders is a 6-11 power forward who played three seasons for Virginia Commonwealth. He averaged 10.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and 2.7 blocked shots per game while shooting 52 percent from the field at VCU. --
