标题[问题] 要怎麽找已看过的影片档

请问各位大大
有时在网路上直接可以线上观看一些影片档
之前听说电脑里都会有暂存档
只要找到暂存档 复制下来
就等於把影片抓下来
想请问 这个暂存档要到哪去找呢?
我用的浏览器是Firefox 3.5版
