有时候在免空下载东西,只能用浏览器直接下载 但是这样一来就占满了我在使用的频宽,浏览网页或者BBS都很不方便 今天终於受不了,只好去找是否有相关的软件有办法解决 後来幸运地找到Fire Throttle这个东西,它可以针对下载上传作限速 po一下它的特色叙述 Firefox Throttle is a small extension that allows you to cap download/upload rates and monitor current bandwidth utilization.
