测试环境:
hinet 10M/2M "浮动"IP拨号 + 同时电视在看 MOD
连到日本还不错
PS. 我觉得贴这些ping,tracert数据 找一个case 然後战ISP其实还蛮无聊的..
要战根本战不完 没有ISP能保证在'所有CASE'都永远最快的
一定也有case结论是h~ ISP赢s~ ISP的~
ping,tracert和电脑状况和网路环境,路由,距离远近等都会有误差影响
所以值不要差太多 人感觉不出来或在实验误差内应该算可以接受
