The singer's former husband Kevin Federline currently has sole custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James. But Britney has visiting rights and is said to be seeing more and more of the children. She has now said that she will pull out of a series of gigs if the children can't go with her, according to website TMZ.com. K-Fed, Britney and her father Jamie Spears have reportedly been in talks for weeks in a bid to reach agreement over where the children will live during the tour. TMZ.com reports that the plan was Sean Preston and Jayden James would stay in homes in New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles while their mum was performing.
