Slowdive是N年前就已经解散了,mojave3应该还不会
去年LosingToday杂志的访问,Rachel就已提到两人都各自在进行个人专辑,
当时说她已经写了半张专辑的歌,结果..哇,还是Neil先发(所以想必Rachel应该也快了吧?)
以下是摘录部份Rachel对Mojave3大部分都是由Neil主唱的看法,
(其实个人也很喜爱Neil的vocal,"My Life in Art,""She Boke U So Softly,"都是
god damn的好听..)
" As Neil gets older, he really just wants to sing
on his own. It's becoming quite a struggle really.
That's why I started to write. "
" I think there are certain songs where it's correct
that only he should sing. I love the warmth that
can come through in his voice..I think our voices
complement each other...most of the time anyway! "
反正从她的言谈可以发现两位旧情人间有那麽点...但不管是由谁主唱,两位vocal
我都爱,而Souvlaki至今还是我的荒岛第一...(虽然Rachel不觉得Slowdive有何伟大处..)
真高兴看到Neil明年才发的个人专辑已出现在amg..
