由於之前有位学弟看似会算KRP，但每次算得都跟程式跑出来的不一样
所以我就花了点时间，去看看KRP到底怎麽算，今天早上就有po几篇关於KRP的文章，
最後在另一个网页上找到更详细的说明，

我整理了一下，发现其实KRP没有太复杂，不知道以前有没有人po过这样的整理
但我想这应该会是很简单明了的一个版本

KRP计算方法简明版：
1.High Cards:
A=3
K=2
K=.5 if singleton
Q=1 if in 3+ suit and with A/K
Q=.75 if in 3+ suit and without A,K
Q=.5 if doubleton with A/K
Q=.25 if doubleton without A,K
Q=0 if singleton
J=.5 if AKJ(+) or KQJ(+) (+)：小牌们
J=.25 if AJ(+) or KJ(+) or QJ(+)
J=0 otherwise
T=.25 if exactly two higher cards in the suit or
one higher card with T9
2.Distribution
4-3-3-3: Minus .5 points
others: Minus 1 points
Plus 3 points per void
Plus 2 points per singleton
Plus 1 points per doubleton
3.Suit quality:
for any suit, calculate total of following,
then plus suit length and devided by 10,
A=4,K=3,Q=2,J=1
<<length modification>>
in 6- cards suit:
T=1 if with J or has 2+ honors
T=.5 otherwise
9=.5 if with T or 8 or has 2+ honors
in 7 cards suit: plus 1 if without Q or J
in 8 cards suit: plus 2 if without Q, plus 1 if with Q but J
in 9 cards suit: plus 2 if without Q, plus 1 if without J
KRP is the sum of above
