标题牌张组合程式

现在是新版的，输入两家牌後，按 Ctrl-K 可以输入东西家在旁门有几张已知的
牌。例如：
Ax
KQTxxx
西家有 7 张已知的牌，东家有 0 张 (外面一门 7-0 分配)，那程式就会算出拔
A 之後第二圈要用 T 偷过 :)
