因为工作relocation的关系要找人接我的lease
12月底可搬入 (我12月中搬走)
公寓地点:
Green C line 近Englewood Ave Station地铁站 (走路3分钟)
走路6分钟到 B line - Sutherland Rd. Station地铁站
附近有86公车直接到Harvard Square
靠近Cleveland Circle & Washington Square商圈
公寓介绍:
1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment about 700 sf.
Kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator and dish washer.
Top floor unit. Facing backyard (very quiet unit). No buildings in the back
Laundry in the building on 1st floor (just renovation)
Bike Parking spot. Car is street parking.
Hot water and heat including in the rent.
Professional management building (总共17户住户)
房间跟客厅面对後院的大树每天都可以看到鸟跟松鼠
三面开窗(每个空间都有窗户)很通风阳光充足
管理员住在一楼 有事情可以马上反应 马上处理
客厅跟房间一样大 所以如果是两个人share分租也很棒
租金:
Rent is $1400 per month. Deposit is $350 (1/4 monthly rent).

我跟我老婆在这里住了一年半了 很喜欢这栋公寓 环境很安全安静(Brookline)
