$650/月,Brighton /Allston 两房公寓的其中一房 4/1-8/31 (近88超市)
朋友临时决定回台湾所以要转租现住的公寓请我代为处理, 地点就在b-line 上的
Brighton Ave. / Packard’s corner离88超市走路只要一分钟. 很适合BU或BC的学生.
公寓是大楼一楼的两房一厨房一卫浴. 没有客厅但是厨房不小可以兼做餐厅. 附基本家具
, 管理员的办公室就在大楼一楼, 有问题需要维修都可以随时联系. 洗衣房就在大楼地下
室. 房租$650包含热水暖器. 需要长期的话也可以续租下一年的合约.
公寓内另一间房也会在5/12-8/31这段时间空出来. 房租是$750全包 .
