The apartment is located on Boylston Street and the room is available from April 1 2010 (negotiable), with the following benefits: 1) Convenient Location with a 10 min walk to T-station (Green line- Hynes/ Kenmore/ Fenway) 2) 3 mins walk to bus stop(#55), 5 mins walk to Bus stop (#8,19,65) 3) microwave, fridge and stove..etc in kitchen. 4) the room will have the following furniture: IKEA frame+mattress(full size), a nightstand, a lamp and a shelve. (If you are interested, I can sale the other furniture CHEAP!! ) 5) Utilities run between $75 to $100 depending on the season.
