Apartment has hardwood floor, large living and dining room, re-model kitchen and bathroom, eat-in-kitchen. 1 min walk to 97, 99, 104 and 105 bus station and 15 min walk to Malden center T station. 2-3 min drive to Costco, Target and Stop & Shop. 3-5 min drive to Rout 1, 16, 60 and 99. This apartment is fully furnished (dining room set, living room set, computer tables, bedroom sets, lamps, bookshelf, microwave, oven, dishes and dishwasher, double door refrigerator, air conditions, art…….., free washer and dryer in basement.
