近 Packard's Corner 及 Boston University Charles River campus 房间招租:
半地下个人卧房, 供一人独居空间宽敞, 有独立入口, 附沙发床, 桌子, 五斗柜等家具,
外加个人厨房, 卫浴, 位於卧房隔壁, 一容纳公用投币式洗烘衣设备之半公共空间;
每月 $850, 含水电, 不附电视及网路 (可自行申设), 五月中旬入住.
地点近电车 Green-B 线 Babcock St. 站, 以及 Star Market 及 Super 88;
房屋为普通二层民宅, 与台湾人屋主及室友同住, 出租对象性别不拘但限一人.
新近整修, 屋内乾净新颖; 暂无停车位, 但若有需要屋主愿代为设法.
