- One bedroom 中的 Living room 部分出租, 相当大的空间, 只要$645
- 包含暖气及热水
- New Lease from 9/1/2007~ 8/31/2008, 但搬入时间可商议

- 限女性, 研究所学生
- 与BU PhD female student 室友共同分担电费及网路费用
