目前室友为 一对夫妻(Both博士班)，and 我Male 26 Full time Profession
我们平常不太在家各忙各的
1. 独立房间 共用浴室、厨房
2. 每月房租$450
3. 住址在 Allston/Brighton Ave, 靠近地铁站 (B line Packard’s Corner)、巴士
站
、超市 ( super 88走路5 分钟)，BU、BC (搭地铁10分钟),刚好在 Commonwealth Ave,
Harvad Ave 中间 所以地理位置很佳
4. 男、女居住皆可 (You must be a mature and decent person)
网路 (wire or wireless), GAS, Electricity Total ~ $50
Heat, Hot warter Free from landlord
5. 目前找六月开始的室友(原则上 6 7 8 3个月) 将来喜欢 如果想继续租
也可以 我们本身就不想搬
6. 房间不是很大，但是一个人使用绝对绰绰有余
室友很好相处 房间乾净、舒适
公寓位置便利、周围环境单纯、安静
