one room in a 1 br apartment the bedroom and the living room are individual rooms the roome I am subleting is the bedroom because my roomy left couple days ago it is available immediately to the end of July...around 4 months if u start from april, and with the possibility to renew with me the room is around 250 sqft not really very big...but spacious enough to accomodate a twin or queen matress a side table and ur desk....bonus...there is a built-in wardrobe in ur room could be furnished or unfurnished right now there is a side table, a round table used as desk and a queen size futon....but of course you can replace them with ur stuff we will share the bathroom, dining and the kitchen we have microwave, espresso machine, and other must in the kitchen already coin-laundry is downstairs... the apartment is between Harvard and Porter Sq. closer to Harvard Sq. ...around 10 mins walk and seconds to convenience store and restarants, bar...on Mass Ave. ur roommate will be me male, straight, third yr design school student, cigeratte...sometimes cigar I work from noon to midnight...and most of time not home the rent will be 700 bucks per month plus utilities the average would be around $ 100 for each of us including gas, electricity, internet, cable and telphone....
