带着下列 "正本文件" 到ID office
(china town橘线出口,dunkin' donuts旁,同个路口有人人眼镜,
抱歉办公室确切名称我没印象了 )
(1) your passport,
(2) your I-20,
(3) $15 for the fee,
(4) your apartment lease with your name
and signature on it,
(5) a utility bill OR a bank statement with
your name and address on it, and
(6) a Social Security Card OR a letter from the
Social Security Administration that says you
are “ineligible” for a Social Security Number
