今天收到了FFG的回覆
废话不多说 直接看原文吧!

It is indeed against the law to sell these. You may provide translations for
games that we do not publish in Chinese, but you must make them available for
free. You may place them on a website for people to download and print
themselves, but the page on the website that hosts the files must not have
any requests for money or any advertisements.
Many of our games are actually available in the Chinese language, including
"Citadels", "Civilization: the Board Game", "Arkham Horror", and all of our
Living Card Games.
Thank you for your inquiry. If you have any further questions, please don't

跟Rio不太相同的是
FFG允许翻译 但是不能以任何形式收费或获利
其中也包括上传的网站不能有广告或是要求付费的行为
但BGG也有广告啊 那麽上传到BGG的翻译 嗯.... 我也不清楚XD
不过法律的东西还是交给专业的来吧 小弟只是负责打字问问题而已
大概就这样啦 提供给版友参考~~
