Brandon Morrow (elbow) was reinstated from the DL after Wednesday's game, and
he is scheduled to start Saturday against the Rays. LHP Luis Perez was
optioned to Class AAA Las Vegas. Morrow, projected to be the No. 2 starter
when the season opened, was placed on the DL late in spring training with
mild inflammation of the flexor muscle of his right elbow.
