★ Placed catcher Kevin Cash on the 15-day disabled list with a strained
hamstring.
★ Transferred catcher Greg Myers from the 15-day disabled list to the 60-day
disabled list.
★ Purchased the contract of catcher Bobby Estalella from Triple-A Syracuse.
★ Optioned RHP Micheal Nakamura to Triple-A Syracuse.
★ Recalled RHP Vinny Chulk from Triple-A Syracuse.
★ Placed outfielder Frank Catalanotto on the 15-day disabled list,retroactive
to May 20, with a groin injury.
★ Recalled outfielder Alexis Rios from Triple-A Syracuse.
Cash继Myers之後也进了DL,於是把日前才签下小联盟约的Estalella叫上来担任Zaun的
替补,而为了腾出40-man roster的空间(原本Estallela不在40-man roster里),Myers转
进了60天DL
队中最稳定的打者Little Cat则因为鼠蹊部受伤,进入15天DL,日期回溯至5.20,亦即
最快是在9天後能出场,Blue Jays同时也把Top prospect--Alexis Rios recalled上来,
这一位上一季Eastern League的MVP,今年升上3A之後表现不佳,截至目前的成绩是
.259/.292/.373,Rios上来後将担任先发RF,直至Little Cat复原後,应该随即会回到3A
最近4次出场都上来放火的中村Micheal,被下放到3A,换Chulk上来试试...
Chulk是今年才转任reliever,本季在3A出场了18次,28.2局的投球,ERA 2.83
