标题[ WP ] 我无法编辑WORDPRESS後台

求救，这几天跟着YT教学开始架站，
买了bluehost主机，开始编辑WP，昨晚却突然出现乱码，
现在也登不进去，请问该怎麽办呢?
讯息如下:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at
[email protected] to
inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed
just before this error.

我有尝试把讯息给他们的线上客服，都没有回应，
上面写的这个

我无法理解，是要寄信过去吗?
我昨天是在设定永久连结的时候，一储存设定就瘫痪了。
请教前辈，感恩。
