标题[问题] 无法在乐多留言

刚在一个BLOG想要回应，结果送出後出现：

我的IP不是固定的，他的技术支援看起来像是说我的IP被乐多的机器给档下来了，
所以这是我的问题吗？还是hinet和乐多的问题？
