Windows Live Writer(WLW) 是一个相当好用的软体，其实之前我的文章
"好用的离线Blog编辑器--Zoundry"里面对於这个软体也是相当的推荐的
~~只是无奈我所使用的Movable Type (MT) 2.661 由於一直出现错误，
他的错误如以下的状况
(会出现以下的错误讯息)
(BLOG Server Error)
"Server Error Client Occurred"

让我每次要发表文章~都是先使用其他使我无法使用Destop Blog Editor
编辑过後，在将文章贴上去~~ 这样实在让我相当的困扰~ 所以我决定到 WLW
的论坛去寻找解决的方法。然让我很好运的找到一位微软的工程师来帮助我，
他告诉我以下的方法可以解决:
(solve the problem)
Run regedit.exe and find the following key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Windows Live Writer\Weblogs\<your-blog-id>
Verify that the subkey ManifestOptions contains a characterSet="UTF-8"
value. If so, under the subkey UserOptionOverrides, add a new String
Value named characterSet and leave its value empty.
It's work !!! WOW~~~~ 真的成功了~~~~ 这篇文章就是使用WLW 来发表的~~
