标题[求救] Acetyl-CoA carboxylase assay

到目前为止
在paper上看到有关Acetyl-CoA carboxylase的assay
都几乎要用到isotope
但是老板觉得太麻烦
有看到一两篇paper是用一连串的couple reaction来反推他的活性
老板觉得不准确
请问有版友知道有其他更好的方法吗?
或者哪一家有在卖活性分析的kit
