【问题】：
MATERIALS AND METHODS
Plant growth conditions:
Seeds of wild-type Arabidopsis thaliana
accession Col-0
and mutants myb72-1, which is
impaired in WCS417r-ISR
(Van der Ent et al. 2008), npr1-1, which is
impaired in
both SAR and ISR (Cao et al. 1994; Pieterse et al. 1998),
and sid2-1, which is
impaired in SA biosynthesis
【问题起因】：
请问accession 和 impaired在这里做何解释呢?

查字典之後
impaired翻成弱化 感觉怪怪的@@
WCS417r是一种可以引起诱导系统抗性(ISR)的假单孢菌品系
用它来"弱化"阿拉伯芥的突变株myb72-1 ???
看不懂...请指点我吧

1F：推 littletow:accession当成品系看就好, Col-0是阿拉伯芥标准化的品系 03/22 00:08
2F：→ littletow:impaired在这里是指原本wild type本来可以induce的sar及 03/22 00:09
3F：→ littletow:isr假定是100好了 经mut後变成只有50 定性上仍然是有 03/22 00:10
4F：→ littletow:但是表现上下降很多。WCS417那问题你去翻他说的ref 03/22 00:11
5F：→ littletow:应该会比较清楚 (你附的文也没提到Pseudomonas呀囧) 03/22 00:11
