phage display找出来的peptide专一性不够
如果是conformational epitope的话更是死棋一招
你可以得到peptide sequence
但是无法让它在hydrophilic-hydrophobin inteaction的环境中
把正确的conformation表现出来
scfv的部分 你有听过"humanized"的antibody吗
in other words, most of the monoclonal antibodies were generated from mice
however, mice monoclonal antibody itself in an antigen for human
that's why it's difficult to apply in human.
